The Value Engine

Flow Research's four products are not standalone tools. They form one system — the value engine — that takes a Personal Operator from creation to reliable, rewarded work.

How they connect

Jarvis → Garden → WorkStream → Harnessy
│ │ │ │
└── life ──┘── work ──┘── trust ──┘
  • Jarvis spawns and secures the Personal Operator.
  • Garden gives the operator a persistent workspace alongside the human.
  • WorkStream feeds the operator valuable tasks — decomposed, distributed, verified, and attributed.
  • Harnessy closes the loop: testing, evaluating, and improving operator behavior so it can be trusted with more responsibility.

The contribution loop

Contributors to Flow Research work across these products. A contributor might improve Harnessy's evaluation pipeline, write documentation for Garden's approval system, or test WorkStream's verification stage. Every contribution strengthens the value engine.

The curriculum teaches the engineering foundations needed to contribute at any layer of this stack.
