Joining the Fellowship

Flow Research runs a fellowship program for engineers who want to contribute to building public-good infrastructure. Fellows work alongside the core team on real products — Jarvis, Garden, WorkStream, and Harnessy — and earn points and reputation through verified contributions.

Who should join​

Anyone willing to learn in public, ship small explicit artifacts, and collaborate openly. No credentials required — just the habit of building and showing your work.

What we expect​

  • Work through the curriculum at your own pace.
  • Contribute to one or more products — code, docs, tests, research.
  • Submit proof of work for mentor review.
  • Participate in Demo Week at the end of each cycle.

How to start​

Join the Flow Research community on Discord, introduce yourself, and pick an area that interests you. Mentors will help you find a starting point.
