Points, Badges, and Reputation
FlowLedger tracks contributor reputation through points, badges, and a public leaderboard.
Points
Every approved contribution earns points. The point value depends on the scope and impact of the work:
- Small fixes or improvements — 1–5 points
- Feature work or new content — 5–20 points
- Major contributions or research — 20–50 points
Badges
Badges mark milestones and special achievements:
- First Contribution — your first approved submission.
- Consistent Contributor — contributions across multiple weeks.
- Product Specialist — deep work in a specific product area.
- Mentor — reviewed and guided other contributors.
Leaderboard
A public leaderboard shows top contributors by points, badges, and recent activity. It resets or rolls by cycle — details are published in the fellowship channel.
Reputation
Your contribution history on FlowLedger serves as a verifiable record of work. It can be shared with projects, teams, or employers as proof of real open-source contribution.
